Once you submit this form, your school will have a RESERVATION to attend the camp. We must receive payment, a copy of your confirmation email, all completed Delegate Release Forms, copies of the front and back of your students' insurance card, and online Camper Information Forms by April 21 (regular registration) or April 28 (late registration). Your confirmation email will contain links to the Delegate Release Form and Camper Information Form.
Please include payment for all registration fees in ONE SCHOOL CHECK and mail to the address listed in your confirmation email. If you don't receive your confirmation email shortly, please check your spam folder.
